Quick Adjust Toggle Clamp - CAD Download

The purpose of this design accelerator is to demonstrate the ease of adjustment in hold down toggle clamps using low profile thumb nuts. The jam nuts that typically come with these toggle clamps have been replaced with the thumb nuts to allow for a tool-free adjustment to the hold-down plunger, making it quick and easy for the user (technician, engineer, etc) to adjust the plunger position (without tools).
